Hemp Heart (Hemp Seed) Parmesan!

Use it to crust Zucchini or any vegetable!
Sprinkle over Pasta, Stir Fry or Salads!
Ingredients
(2) CUPS (2) Hemp Hearts
½ CUP ½ Nutritional Yeast – or to taste
(1) TABLESPOON (1) Onion Powder
(1) TABLESPOON (1) Garlic Powder
(2) TABLESPOONS (2) Italian Seasoning | optional
(1) teaspoon (1) Himalayan Salt – or to taste
(1) teaspoon (1) White Pepper – or to taste
Let’s DO THIS!
- Blend all ingredients in your high-speed blender or Food Processor!
I usually pulse with my Vitamix + a Dry Blade, and scrape down the sides of the cup when needed. You want to be sure the ingredients are incorporated evenly! - Keep tasting to make sure you have the right balance of flavors.
Use it to crust Zucchini or any vegetable!
