I LOVE “Parmesan”, and this recipe is super great and NUT FREE!
Use it to crust Zucchini or any vegetable!
Sprinkle over Pasta, Stir Fry or Salads!

Ingredients

Let’s DO THIS!

  • Blend all ingredients in your high-speed blender or Food Processor!

    I usually pulse with my Vitamix + a Dry Blade, and scrape down the sides of the cup when needed. You want to be sure the ingredients are incorporated evenly!
  • Keep tasting to make sure you have the right balance of flavors.

    Use it to crust Zucchini or any vegetable!
    Sprinkle over Pasta, Stir Fry or Salads!
