(4-6) (4-6) Fresh Peaches! | sliced | yielding 4-ish CUPS
(1-2) TABLESPOON(S) (1-2) Coconut Oil
Squeeze Orange
Squeeze Lemon
(1-2) TABLESPOON(S) (1-2) Coconut Sugar | optional, this could really be done without sweetener, as the natural sugars from the peaches would still be fantastic!
(1) TABLESPOON (1) Cinnamon
(1) teaspoon (1) Pumpkin Spice
Pinch Pinch Himalayan Salt
WHOLE Lotta WHOLE Love
Let’s DO THIS!
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Drizzle Coconut Oil into your Skillet or Baking Dish. Pour in fresh Peaches.
- Squeeze Orange and Lemon Juice.
- Sprinkle with Coconut Sugar, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, and Salt. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Enjoy over Oats in the morning, or with Coconut Cream for Dessert! It’s also really AWESOME on vegan Ice Cream! (I’ll be posting that recipe, SOOOON!)
