Ingredients

  • (4-6) (4-6) Fresh Peaches! | sliced | yielding 4-ish CUPS

  • (1-2) TABLESPOON(S) (1-2) Coconut Oil

  • Squeeze Orange

  • Squeeze Lemon

  • (1-2) TABLESPOON(S) (1-2) Coconut Sugar | optional, this could really be done without sweetener, as the natural sugars from the peaches would still be fantastic!

  • (1) TABLESPOON (1) Cinnamon

  • (1) teaspoon (1) Pumpkin Spice

  • Pinch Pinch Himalayan Salt

  • WHOLE Lotta WHOLE Love

Let’s DO THIS!

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Drizzle Coconut Oil into your Skillet or Baking Dish. Pour in fresh Peaches.
  • Squeeze Orange and Lemon Juice.
  • Sprinkle with Coconut Sugar, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, and Salt. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy over Oats in the morning, or with Coconut Cream for Dessert! It’s also really AWESOME on vegan Ice Cream! (I’ll be posting that recipe, SOOOON!)
