Summer is the BEST time to make your dressings from scratch, especially with the bounty of fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables available!

This is one of our favorites!

Ingredients

  • (1) (1) Ripe Avocado

  • (1) CUP (1) Cucumber | chopped

  • ½ ½ Tomato | chopped

  • Juice from (1) Lemon | or (1) TABLESPOON Lemon Juice

  • Squeeze Lime

  • ½ teaspoon ½ Stoneground Mustard – @naturalvalue is great!

  • ½ teaspoon ½ Apple Cider Vinegar

  • (1) teaspoon (1) Agave or Maple Syrup | to taste

  • ½ cup ½ Filtered Water

  • (1) TABLESPOON (1) Fresh Cilantro | optional

  • (1) teaspoon (1) Fresh Basil | optional

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Let’s DO THIS!

  • Place all ingredients into your food processor or high-speed blender like a Vitamix, and blend until smooth

    We tend to eat this within a DAY, but it will stay fresh in an airtight jar or container for a few days.

  • You can add green or red onion to this recipe, and also garlic, but that is totally up to you!
