Cucumber Avocado Dressing with Fresh Tomato!

This is one of our favorites!
Ingredients
(1) (1) Ripe Avocado
(1) CUP (1) Cucumber | chopped
½ ½ Tomato | chopped
Juice from (1) Lemon | or (1) TABLESPOON Lemon Juice
Squeeze Lime
½ teaspoon ½ Stoneground Mustard – @naturalvalue is great!
½ teaspoon ½ Apple Cider Vinegar
(1) teaspoon (1) Agave or Maple Syrup | to taste
½ cup ½ Filtered Water
(1) TABLESPOON (1) Fresh Cilantro | optional
(1) teaspoon (1) Fresh Basil | optional
Salt and Pepper to taste

- Place all ingredients into your food processor or high-speed blender like a Vitamix, and blend until smooth
We tend to eat this within a DAY, but it will stay fresh in an airtight jar or container for a few days.

- You can add green or red onion to this recipe, and also garlic, but that is totally up to you!
