This Fruit Salad is a HIT!

INGREDIENTS

  • FRUIT
  • (4) CUPS (4) Fresh Pineapple chunks

  • (4) CUPS (4) Fresh Grapes

  • (2) CUPS (2) Mandarin Orange slices

  • (2) CUPS (2) Fresh Blackberries

  • (3) CUPS (3) Fresh Blueberries

  • (2) CUPS (2) Fresh Raspberries

  • DRESSING
  • (1) CUP (1) Pineapple Juice

  • cup White Balsamic Vinegar

  • ¼ cup ¼ Agave

  • (1) TABLESPOON (1) Fresh Basil | julienned

  • (1) TABLESPOON (1) Fresh Mint | julienned

  • ¼ cup ¼ Coconut Sugar

  • (1) teaspoon (1) Cinnamon

  • Pinch Salt

Let’s DO THIS!

  • Wash and drain fruit. Add all fruit to your serving bowl. (I like to use glass for looks!)
    Because I’m using delicate berries, I like to layer each fruit, starting with Pineapple, then Grapes, Orange slices, Blackberries, Blueberries then Raspberries.
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients and and pour over fruit.
  • Garnish with a sprig of Mint.

NOTES

  • PRO TIP: Tossing delicate berries in dressing can smash these beauties, so I like to cover the bowl with cellophane, or a reusable wrap like @beeswrap, then carefully tip the bowl over and around to coat the fruit just before serving 💥
