Fruit Salad with a Pineapple White Balsamic Dressing!

This Fruit Salad is a HIT!
INGREDIENTS
- FRUIT
(4) CUPS (4) Fresh Pineapple chunks
(4) CUPS (4) Fresh Grapes
(2) CUPS (2) Mandarin Orange slices
(2) CUPS (2) Fresh Blackberries
(3) CUPS (3) Fresh Blueberries
(2) CUPS (2) Fresh Raspberries
- DRESSING
(1) CUP (1) Pineapple Juice
⅓ cup ⅓ White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup ¼ Agave
(1) TABLESPOON (1) Fresh Basil | julienned
(1) TABLESPOON (1) Fresh Mint | julienned
¼ cup ¼ Coconut Sugar
(1) teaspoon (1) Cinnamon
Pinch Salt
Let’s DO THIS!
- Wash and drain fruit. Add all fruit to your serving bowl. (I like to use glass for looks!)
Because I’m using delicate berries, I like to layer each fruit, starting with Pineapple, then Grapes, Orange slices, Blackberries, Blueberries then Raspberries. - Whisk together dressing ingredients and and pour over fruit.
- Garnish with a sprig of Mint.

NOTES
- PRO TIP: Tossing delicate berries in dressing can smash these beauties, so I like to cover the bowl with cellophane, or a reusable wrap like @beeswrap, then carefully tip the bowl over and around to coat the fruit just before serving 💥
