I can’t get enough of these! We love them on salads, in smoothies, as a SNACK during Bravo TV marathons!! LOL! They’re sweet and savory, with a touch of spice.
I’m so in love…

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ½ Coconut Oil

  • (1) TABLESPOON (1) Agave

  • (1) teaspoon (1) Vanilla

  • (1) TABLESPOON (1) Coconut Sugar

  • ½ teaspoon ½ Paprika

  • ½ teaspoon ½ Cayenne Pepper

  • ½ teaspoon ½ Cinnamon

  • (1) teaspoon (1) Italian Seasoning | optional

  • Pinch Pinch Salt

  • (2) CUPS (2) Nuts – I used a combination of Macadamia Nuts, Almonds, and Walnuts

  • (1) CUP (1) Pumpkin Seeds | optional

  • (1) CUP (1) Sunflower Seeds | optional

Let’s DO THIS!

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together Coconut Oil, Agave, Vanilla, Coconut Sugar, Paprika, Cayenne, Cinnamon, Italian Seasoning and Salt.
  • Stir in the Nuts!
  • Spread Nuts into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Let cool. Break up the nuts and store in an airtight jar or container for up to a week.
  • Enjoy on salads or as a quick snack!
