This nutty, vegan “Parmesan” is fun, it’s VEGAN, and it’s great on EVERYTHING!

Ingredients

  • (1) CUP (1) Walnuts

  • (1) CUP (1) Nutritional Yeast

  • ½ teaspoon ½ Garlic Powder

  • ¼ teaspoon ¼ Salt | add more if you like!

  • White Pepper | optional

Let’s DO THIS!

  • In your Vitamix or food processor, slowly pulse for no more than a few seconds at a time, until you have your desired consistency of ‘Parmesan’:
    Walnuts, Nutritional Yeast, and Garlic Powder.
  • Season with Salt and White or Black Pepper. Set aside.
  • Serve on Salads, Entrees, or use this in my Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe!
