Watermelon Pizza!

(1) (1) Whole Watermelon | chilled | sliced
(1) CUP (1) Fresh Pineapple | chopped
(1) CUP (1) Fresh Strawberries | sliced
(1) CUP (1) Fresh Raspberries
(1) CUP (1) Fresh Blueberries
(1) CUP (1) Fresh Blackberries
(1) Bag (1) Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
(1) Can (1) Organic Coconut Milk | full fat | refrigerated overnight
1/2 cup 1/2 Shredded Coconut | shredded
Let’s DO THIS!
- Cut Watermelon into 2-3 inch thick slices.
- Place and design fresh fruit onto your Watermelon slice.
- In a saucepan, warm (2) TABLESPOONS hardened part of the can of Coconut Milk.
- Pour warmed Coconut Milk over (2) CUPS of Chocolate Chips and stir until melted. Add more Coconut Milk if needed.
- Toast shredded Coconut in the oven for 5 minutes on 350ºF. Let cool.
- Drizzle Chocolate onto your fruit covered Watermelon slice.
- Sprinkle Toasted Coconut.
- Cut into slices and enjoy!
NOTES
- You can use ANY of your favorite fruit for this!
- Enjoy chilled.
