Ingredients

  • (1) (1) Whole Watermelon | chilled | sliced

  • (1) CUP (1) Fresh Pineapple | chopped

  • (1) CUP (1) Fresh Strawberries | sliced

  • (1) CUP (1) Fresh Raspberries

  • (1) CUP (1) Fresh Blueberries

  • (1) CUP (1) Fresh Blackberries

  • (1) Bag (1) Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

  • (1) Can (1) Organic Coconut Milk | full fat | refrigerated overnight

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Shredded Coconut | shredded

Let’s DO THIS!

  • Cut Watermelon into 2-3 inch thick slices.
  • Place and design fresh fruit onto your Watermelon slice.
  • In a saucepan, warm (2) TABLESPOONS hardened part of the can of Coconut Milk.
  • Pour warmed Coconut Milk over (2) CUPS of Chocolate Chips and stir until melted. Add more Coconut Milk if needed.
  • Toast shredded Coconut in the oven for 5 minutes on 350ºF. Let cool.
  • Drizzle Chocolate onto your fruit covered Watermelon slice.
  • Sprinkle Toasted Coconut.
  • Cut into slices and enjoy!

NOTES

  • You can use ANY of your favorite fruit for this!
  • Enjoy chilled.
